Ken Kugler

Ken Kugler has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil and County Court Mediator since 2000.  His legal career has encompassed a broad spectrum of experience and training, including serving as a Magistrate for the 17th Judicial Circuit and as a General Master in Broward County. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, having served as an Arbitrator for the Attorney General’s Office Department of Legal Affairs.

Ken’s law practice focused in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Medical Malpractice, Social Security Disability and Criminal Law.  Additionally, Ken is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center where he teaches advanced courses in mediation and negotiation. He previously taught courses at Florida Atlantic University, Broward College and Indian River College.

Over the years, Ken has successfully mediated thousands of cases. His unique style of facilitation, combined with his insight and knowledge of the law, has earned him a reputation for consistently achieving the most favorable results for all parties.
