Mark D. Dickstein, Esq. has been a duly licensed attorney in the State of Florida since 1991; practicing primarily in the field of Workers’ Compensation Law for over thirty-four (34) years. Initially, Mark started his career as an insurance defense attorney for Conroy, Simberg and Lewis, P.A. and Miller, Kagan, Rodriguez and Silver, P.A. Following that, he prosecuted Workers’ Compensation claims for The Law Office of Philip J. Feldman and Associates, P.A. and The Law Office of Feldman, Dickstein and Getz, LLP.
Mark has been representing injured employees as the managing attorney and founder of The Dickstein Law Firm since 2003. In December 2020, Mark became a Supreme Court Certified Mediator and has been conducting mediations since January 2021 through the Department of Financial Services.
Mark is married to Shari Dickstein and has two sons Josh and Jack. He spends his free time as a singer/songwriter and plays in local South Florida Rock n Roll Band “Flying High Circus”. He is also chairperson for the Broward Bar Association’s “Open Jam “music section; where he brings together Broward lawyers who are musicians to network and play at different venues.
